Refund Policy

All sales made through Mariposa Together are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 kyrenemariposapto@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the item. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the product you intended.

Please note:

Refunds or replacements are only available for items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
